Our Origin

Founder Vivi never imagined a stray cat could change her life.

Job hunting was especially tough during that period. One night after yet another failed interview, she sat dazed on the steps outside her apartment building. Suddenly, an orange cat leaped into her arms – when it touched her tear-wet palm with its nose, she felt her heart grow less cold in that instant. She named it "CharChar".

Strangely, every night when she returned home, CharChar would be waiting downstairs to keep her company for a while. During those lonely, difficult times, it was CharChar who got her through.

But on the day she finally received her job offer, the little orange cat disappeared, never to be seen again.

Meet U Pet was born from this unspoken goodbye:"What if I could’ve kept the warmth of its touch?"
